ATA and AAST Presents to AHS Sophomores

A 10th grade assembly was held on Tuesday, December 13 in the AHS auditorium for the sophomore class. Principals from the Academy for Technology and Academics (ATA) and the Academy for the Arts, Science and Technology (AAST) shared in a 45 minute presentation about their program offerings and majors. All sophomores were mailed brochures and information on the two academies recently. Students were also given an opportunity to ask questions of both principals. Open Houses will be held for both academies in January 2012. AHS Hosts Career Day

Aynor High School recently hosted a Career Day where guests from local businesses and organizations were invited into our classrooms to share with students. The event was a huge success.
